Już po raz 10. kobiety zmotywowane, aby rozwijać się w nowych technologiach, będą miały okazję skorzystać z profesjonalnego programu mentoringowego. Ekspertki i eksperci skupieni wokół społeczności Women in Technology Poland intensywnie przygotowują jubileuszową edycję projektu, który przez dekadę wspierał rozwój setek kobiet w branży IT. Rekrutacja do programu rusza już 8 stycznia 2025 roku.
Pasjonatki programowania, user experience, sztucznej inteligencji, zarządzania projektami czy prowadzenia biznesu będą mogły przez cztery miesiące rozwijać się pod okiem uznanych mentorek i mentorów. Jubileuszowa edycja to okazja, by świętować dekadę inspirujących historii pozytywnych zmian zawodowych i osobistych.
Unikalna przestrzeń rozwoju

Jak dołączyć?
Projekt potrwa od lutego do czerwca 2025 roku, a formularz rekrutacyjny dla uczestniczek zostanie udostępniony na stronie www.techleaders.eu 8 stycznia 2025 roku. Zgłoszenia będą przyjmowane do 17 stycznia 2025 roku. Program wystartuje 17 lutego i potrwa do 17 czerwca 2025 roku.
W tegorocznej edycji uczestniczki będą mogły skorzystać z doświadczenia i wiedzy wybitnych specjalistów z wybranych dziedzin branży IT. Mentorzy i mentorki samodzielnie wybiorą swoje mentees spośród aplikacji, co pozwoli na precyzyjne dopasowanie par do obszarów specjalizacji.
Sukces dzięki współpracy
Podczas dziewiątej edycji programu uczestniczyło ponad 140 ekspertek i ekspertów, a mentoring obejmował dziedziny takie jak UX, backend, frontend, sztuczna inteligencja czy zarządzanie projektami. Średnia ocena programu na jego zakończenie wyniosła 4,8/5. Co trzecia uczestniczka zmieniła swoje cele zawodowe w trakcie programu.
Program Tech Leaders to nie tylko szansa na rozwój dla mentees, ale także cenne doświadczenie dla mentorów, którzy aktywnie wspierają rozwój nowych talentów w IT.

Women Empowering the IT Industry: The 10th Anniversary Edition of Tech Leaders Poland Opens New Opportunities
For the 10th time, motivated women eager to grow in new technologies will have the chance to participate in a professional mentoring program. Experts united under the Women in Technology Poland community are working diligently to prepare the anniversary edition of a project that has supported the development of hundreds of women in IT over the past decade. Recruitment for the program starts on January 8, 2025.
Enthusiasts of programming, user experience, artificial intelligence, project management, or entrepreneurship will have four months to grow under the guidance of accomplished mentors. This special anniversary edition is an opportunity to celebrate ten years of inspiring stories and positive professional and personal transformations.
A Unique Space for Growth
The strength and value of Tech Leaders lie in creating a space where women—regardless of their age or experience—can acquire new knowledge and enhance their professional skills. Renowned specialists from the IT and technology sectors support participants in achieving their goals.
In addition to one-on-one mentoring sessions, mentees gain access to Mentors4People workshops and consultations with HR experts. This comprehensive support makes Tech Leaders one of the largest free mentoring programs in Poland.
How to Join?
The program will run from February to June 2025, with the application form available on www.techleaders.eu starting January 8, 2025. Applications will be accepted until January 17, 2025, and the program officially kicks off on February 17, 2025, running until June 17, 2025.
This year, participants will have the opportunity to draw from the expertise of leading specialists in various IT fields. Mentors will select their mentees from submitted applications, ensuring the best match for their areas of expertise.
Success Through Collaboration
The 9th edition of the program welcomed over 140 experts, offering mentoring in fields such as UX, backend, frontend, artificial intelligence, and project management. The program received an average rating of 4.8/5 upon completion, with one-third of participants shifting their career goals during the process.
Tech Leaders not only provides mentees with a path to growth but also offers mentors a rewarding experience as they guide new talents in IT.
