Employer of the year- survey (AIESEC)

The Employer of the Year® survey is an independent survey conducted by AIESEC in Poland for almost 30 years. The aim of the survey is to analyse the perspectives of the student community on the labour market. We try to find out the opinions and expectations towards professional work of this group. Our organisation, as the global voice of young people, wishes to bring the results of the survey closer to potential employers, acting as a link between students and the business world. Students, by completing the survey, identify the company which, in their opinion, is the best employer on the Polish market. They also answer questions about their expectations, preferences and concerns regarding future work. The results of the survey provide companies with valuable information about potential employees. A unique feature of the project is its independence. The people responsible for carrying out the survey are not affiliated with any company, while the students surveyed do not receive suggestions from institutions to include as their suggestion of the best employer.
